It is well-known that conflicts flare up, quite literally, when there is more heat and less rain.

So, if you want to reduce the strife and violence, it seems logical to end the wars with one simple solution: Invest in developing water sources and resources. In short, make it rain on the heads of those who live in the MidEast, at least as often as it does on England.

Because even the most gung-ho gunsligers prefer to do their shooting when it’s dry.
