The Baby On Bird cartoon was illustrated with inspiration from the classic Baby On Board car window stickers so popular in the cars of new parents since the 1980s, and the fairy tale of the delivery stork that brings new babies to their families.
The comic strip panel was originally drawn and published on The Daily Dose webcomic in late January 2012 for a set of humor and top 10 #occupysigns jokes.
